I definitely struggled with this episode as I was preparing for it. I mean, 20 facts are suddenly a lot when you're forced to think about them in an instant! Soo...enter magic solution! if you've never heard of Journal Prompts, now you have. I recently got my hands on this book by the handsome Duff The Psyche (https://www.duffthepsych.com/) that contains a whopping 500 journal prompts to get me thinking about my "facts". Soon it'll be Mell's turn for her birthday episode so good luck to her if she's not borrowing my book =D
